We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the prices in effect when the order was confirmed.
Full payment is required before the order goes into production. Payments are secured through the payment providers offered on the site. No banking data is stored by WearYourWord.
Any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees remain the customer's responsibility.
5. Orders
Once the order is confirmed and payment is accepted, the order becomes final and is sent to production.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
- A prior dispute with the customer
- Suspected fraud
- A pricing or description error
- Exceptional unavailability of the product
- Failure to comply with these terms
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet gone into production.
6. Production and Delivery
As products are made to order, a production period is required before shipping. Shipping is free, with no minimum order value.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address provided when placing the order.
7. Right of Withdrawal
European Union customers: in accordance with applicable consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. To exercise it, contact us at Wearyourwordco@gmail.com. The product must be returned in new, unworn condition, and return costs remain the customer's responsibility.
Other countries: as WearYourWord products are made to order, no returns or refunds can be accepted for a change of mind, a sizing error, or an order placed by mistake, subject to any mandatory rights provided by the law of your country.

8. Defective Products or Order Errors
