Refund & Return Policy

At WearYourWord, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Preference changes regarding color, style, or design
  • Orders placed by mistake

Please refer to the size guide available on each product page before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect compared to your order

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at Wearyourwordco@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

After reviewing your request, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund if a replacement is not possible

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

After investigating with the shipping carrier, we may provide a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee recovery of the package.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
