Products are made to order after the order is confirmed.

WearYourWord reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the prices in effect when the order was confirmed.
Any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees remain the customer's responsibility.

WearYourWord reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:
- A prior dispute with the customer;
- Suspected fraud;

Payments are secured through the payment providers offered on the Shopify site.
No banking data is stored by WearYourWord.
Article 6 – Production and Delivery
As products are made to order, a production period is required before shipping.
The delivery times indicated on the site are estimates and may vary depending on:
- The destination country;
- The carrier;
- Customs procedures;
- Peak periods.
WearYourWord cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or any circumstance beyond its control.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
European Union customers: in accordance with applicable consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. To exercise it, contact us at Wearyourwordco@gmail.com. The product must be returned in new, unworn condition, and return costs remain the customer's responsibility.
Other countries: as WearYourWord products are made to order, no returns or refunds can be accepted for a change of mind, a sizing error, or an order placed by mistake, subject to any mandatory rights provided by the law of your country.

Article 8 – Defective Products or Order Errors
If the product received is:
- Damaged;
- Defective;
- Misprinted;
- Different from the product ordered;
the customer must contact WearYourWord at Wearyourwordco@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, providing:
- The order number;
- A description of the problem;
- Photographs of the product concerned.
After verification, a replacement or refund may be offered.
