At WearYourWord, every item is made to order by our print-on-demand partner. For this reason, we ask you to check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size chosen by the customer
- Personal preference regarding color or design
- Order placed by mistake
We recommend checking the size guides available on each product page before ordering.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you may have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, as provided by applicable consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at Wearyourwordco@gmail.com. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Showing a printing defect
- Different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at: Wearyourwordco@gmail.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item concerned
After review, we may offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund if a replacement is not possible
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
An investigation will be opened with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund may be offered.
Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided at checkout.
If an incorrect address was entered:
- We cannot guarantee the package will be recovered.
- Additional fees may be charged for reshipment.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet gone into production.
Once production has started, no cancellation or modification can be made.
