At WearYourWord, every item is made to order, especially for you. This production method limits waste and means products are only created once an order is placed.
1. Processing Times
All orders are prepared and sent to production once payment is confirmed.
Production time is generally 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product ordered and the time of year.
Once production is complete, the order is shipped to the address provided at checkout.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination country:
- France: 3 to 8 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- International: 7 to 20 business days
These times are in addition to the production time and start from the date your order is shipped. They are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or customs procedures.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free, with no minimum order value.
No shipping fees will be charged at checkout. For international orders, any taxes and customs duties remain the customer's responsibility (see section 8).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, when available.
You can track your package directly with the carrier.
5. Orders Shipped in Multiple Packages
If your order contains several items, they may be produced in different locations and shipped separately, with separate tracking numbers.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
WearYourWord will do its best to help you resolve any delay caused by carriers, customs services, weather conditions, or events beyond our control, within the limits provided by law.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
7. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The package may be returned to the sender.
- Reshipping fees may be charged.
- No refund can be guaranteed if the order is already out for delivery.
8. Taxes and Customs Duties
For international orders, taxes, customs duties, or import fees may be applied by local authorities.
These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.
