At WearYourWord, every item is made specially to order through our print-on-demand partner. For this reason, we kindly ask you to check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges
Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Size selected incorrectly by the customer
- Personal preference regarding color or style
- Order placed by mistake
We recommend carefully reviewing the size guides available on each product page before ordering.
EU Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you may benefit from a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order, in accordance with applicable consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at: Wearyourwordco@gmail.com. The product must be returned in new, unworn condition, and return costs remain the customer's responsibility. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Customers Outside the European Union
For orders delivered outside the European Union, returns and exchanges for change of mind are not accepted, subject to any mandatory rights provided by the law of your country. Damaged, defective, or non-conforming products remain covered by the section below.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Different from the one ordered
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at: Wearyourwordco@gmail.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item concerned
After verification, we may offer:
- A free replacement of the product, or
- A full refund if a replacement is not possible
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
An investigation will be opened with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund may be offered.
Incorrect Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.
If an incorrect address was entered:
- We cannot guarantee the package can be recovered.
- Additional fees may be requested for reshipping.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet gone into production.
Once production has begun, no cancellation or modification can be made.
